directions to the building:
 waverly is directly inbetween omaha and lincoln on highway 6, so therefore if you are...

entering waverly from lincoln (about a 10 minute drive from lincoln city limits).
1.) drive into waverly going northeast on highway 6.
2.) turn left at the only stoplight in town to cross the railroad tracks.
3.) drive about 4 or 5 blocks until you see a playground/park on the right.
-you will think you have left town, but the building is right out of town.
4.) turn at the first right after the park.

entering waverly from omaha (about a 40 minute drive from omaha city limits).
1.) drive into waverly going southwest on highway 6.
2.) turn right at the only stoplight in town to cross the railroad tracks.
3.) drive about 4 or 5 blocks until you see a playground/park on the right.
-you will think you have left town, but the building is right out of town.
4.) turn at the first right after the park.

note: if you're taking the interstate to waverly, the waverly exit is pretty close to lincoln, so use the lincoln directions above.
