Wow, all I have to say is, this game is teh suck. The players look comical, with massively oversized arms and legs. There is no "touch" passing where you could lead your receiver or place the ball on one shoulder rather than another. The "Hit-stick" is rather useless, and the defensive line moves are comical and mundane, almost never actually getting you THROUGH the offensive line. For the life of me I cannot find the fair catch button for punts, so I have to be sure my returner runs from the ball so as not to get annihilated as he catches it and fumbles the ball (happened 5 times in one game).
I would say that the only thing that this game does better than ESPN football is hit animations. They have millions of dollars to invest in getting lots of motion capture animations, and it shows. |
